(Summer Beaufort cheese from the La Chambre cooperative, Tomme de Savoie, Reblochon, Raclette, etc.)
For our butcher's counter, we work with Emin Viandes in La Chambre (Diots de Savoie, beef, pork, chicken, etc.).
