Blue trail (easy) with a vertical drop of 190 positive meters and a duration of 1h30. The trail is accessible to all levels.

The starting point is the same than the Paradis itinerary’s one (itinerary n°9). Pass under the Marquis Chairlift. Then you will follow a track without big elevation variations. Take the hairpin bends path on the right side that goes down towards the arrival station of the «Clochettes»
chairlift. Then, follow the track in the direction of the departure station of the Marquis chairlift and take on your right a little portion of the «Balade Confort» (itinerary n°1) to the Sport Center of the Longes.
