Description

Welcome to La Balnéo: a place designed for well-being and relaxation in the heart of the mountains. Over 2,500 m² of space with balneotherapy pools, sauna, steam room, spa and jacuzzis.

The seven hydrotherapy pools and spa area are at your disposal. Walking in cool water pools, counter-current walking, hydro-massage jets, jacuzzis or bubble benches. Whether for relaxation or exercise, the aquatic area will help you recover or prepare for physical activity in the best possible way.

HYDROMASSAGE JETS
This area is used in two ways:
As a invigorating massage during the warm-up phase.
As massage jets during the cool-down phase.

SPAS, BUBBLE BENCHES AND OUTDOOR SPA POOL
A true hydrotherapy experience, it offers numerous benefits for the body thanks to the heat, the sensation of lightness and the massages.

WARM-UP WALKING AREA AND CONTRAST POOL
In water cooled to 17°C, you will stimulate the muscles of your lower limbs in a pool 50cm deep. This will improve blood circulation and drainage in your legs.

COUNTER-CURRENT WALKING EXERCISE POOL
This 110cm-deep pool is heated to 23°C. It is equipped with a suitable counter-current system to prepare you for balneotherapy.

AQUAGYM CLASSES
Aquagym sessions are available by booking, led by qualified instructors.
