Renovated rectory in the heart of the typical village of Montgellafrey facing south-east. 5 pleasant and comfortable lodgings: 3 lodgings for 4/6 people and 2 lodgings for 2/4 people.

These lodgings are composed according to their capacity of one or two bedrooms (1 double bed / 2 bunk or twin beds), living room / kitchen and lounge area (sofa bed), a bathroom and a separate toilet. Common washing machine in the basement. Small lot fitted out with a picnic table. Very beautiful view over the valley and the mountains.
First holiday cottage, ‘Le Nizeran’, comprising 5 apartments:
3 apartments for 4–6 people: 1 bedroom with a double bed + 1 bedroom with bunk beds and a sofa bed in the main room.
2 apartments for 2–4 people: 1 bedroom with a double bed + 1 sofa bed in the main room.
Second holiday home, ‘Le Fuvet’, comprising 1 apartment for 10–12 people:
4 bedrooms + a large living room and kitchen.

Week: 340 to 427 €.
